Motive Music Therapy, LLC., is a vibrant and creative practice that is rooted in expertise. We strive to maintain a high level of empathy and positive regard for all of our clients and within the Tampa Bay community.

Meet the Owner
Olivia Harrington, MM, MT-BC - Owner
Olivia Harrington, owner, obtained her Master's of Music in Music Therapy at The Florida State University. She obtained both her Bachelors of Arts in Music and Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy at The University of South Florida. She completed her internship at a private practice in FL, where she gained experience working with a variety of populations such as early intervention, school systems, mental health, and older adults.
She is a board-certified music therapist under the Certification Board for Music Therapists (#18736). In addition, Olivia completed training to become a certified Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Music Therapist (NICU-MT).
Olivia is a trained Guardian ad Litem with Hillsborough county where she advocates for children in the foster system. She also completed a Trauma-Focused Web Training through The Medical University of South Carolina.
In addition, Olivia's main instrument is violin which she has been playing since she was five. She plays guitar, piano, ukulele, kalimba, and voice. Olivia has a unique creativity and passion for working with clients of all ages and abilities.

Anna Gabrelcik MT-BC, LPMT
Anna, MT-BC, LPMT is a music therapist at Motive Music Therapy. She obtained her Bachelors of Music Therapy at Cleveland State University. She completed her clinical internship at a private practice in Ohio where she gained experience working with a variety of populations including early intervention, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. Hobbies: Reading, exploring parks, and doing crafts of any kind! Fun facts: I am one of 6 kids, I love 90’s sitcoms, and I went to culinary school for a year when I was 16! Instrument preferences: Piano was the first instrument I learned and is still my all time favorite! The xylophone and egg shakers are my favorites to use in sessions with clients! Favorite music therapy memory: A group session where everyone got to take turns exploring a new instrument and improvising a solo! There was so much curiosity, excitement, and expression in the room!

Olivia Harrington, M.M., MT-BC, is a music therapist at Motive Music Therapy. She obtained her Masters of Music Therapy at Florida State University. She completed her clinical internship at a private practice in St. Pete, FL where she gained experience working with a variety of populations including early intervention, developmental and intellectual disabilities. Hobbies: Reading, painting, hot yoga, walking, and anything arts & crafts. Fun facts: I went skydiving, I was a part of a world record when I was 8, and I am learning the saxophone. Instrument preferences: Violin was my first instrument, starting at the age of 5. I love seeing clients learn piano, the cabasa, and drumming! Favorite music therapy memory: Playing for NICU babies as part of my NICU certification in grad school was amazing. It was intimidating at first, but once I got the hang of things, I enjoyed seeing the babies progress.
